Cancellation
of Services
Membership
cancellation is available at any time.
A written notice submitted to TraffiCare International 30 days prior to
the cancellation date is required.
In addition, 50% of the remaining term value is required to complete the
cancellation. Any cancellation
notice received inside the 30 day requirement will be charged for the next month
of service prior to the cancellation taking effect. Cancellation notices received from
members who have submitted and received compensation for claim(s) in the current
calendar year will be responsible for full value of the current calendar year
term.
Affiliate
Program
All Affiliate’s must
adhere to the following rules, regulations and
guidelines.

Advertising and
Marketing
o
Any and All printed
material must be authorized from the corporate office.
o
Only official Logos
and Tags are permitted for any advertising or marketing on any
media.
o
All advertising
campaigns or programs must be approved from the corporate office.

Merchandising and
Branding
o
Any and All
merchandising using the TCI logo, tag lines or any word or phrase to imply
affiliation with TraffiCare International, must be approved by the TraffiCare
corporate office prior to
use.
