• The term lengths available for the Residential Program are;
      o 12 months
      o 24 months
      o 36 months
      o 48 months
      o 60 months
      o 120 months

The Residential Program is offered to any driver with a valid driver’s license who operates a motor vehicle in the United States. This program covers the member on any road way, in any vehicle he/she may be operating at the time of citation.

Citations covered in the Residential Program are as follows:
• Any hazardous moving violation,
      o Speeding (school zone or work zone included)
      o Failure to yield,
      o Stop sign,
      o Red light,
      o Unsafe lane change,
      o And Much, Much more…

The Benefits of membership in the Residential Program are;
• Your ticket is paid, 100%,
• We pay your defensive driving,
• We pay $100 for your attorney,
• We pay any increase in your insurance,
• Provide court payment confirmation to you.

RetroCare - Beginning in January 2009, TraffiCare will be launching its new service "RetroCare". This service will enable us to help future Trafficare members with existing traffic tickets and even tickets in warrant status while maintaining our current business model. CDL drivers have it rough in the system. You don't qualify for defensive driving or deferred disposition. During our pilot program with RetroCare, we discovered that the process we use to help our class C drivers with their existing tickets and warrants can also be used to help CDL drivers keep their driving record clean despite a moving violation.

The Commercial Program:
The Commercial Program is offered to any driver with a valid driver’s license who operates a motor vehicle in the United States.

This program offers two option of coverage:
• The member can choose to cover a specific vehicle or fleet of vehicles,
• Or the member can choose to cover a specific individual in any vehicle being driven.

Both options offer the same benefits as the Residential Plan as well as benefits for citations for specific Sir charges. The only difference between the two options are essentially who, or what, is covered. Option 1 covers the individual, option 2 covers the vehicle or fleet.

The Affiliate Program:
The Affiliate Program addresses the opportunity to become an Independent Agent of TCI and create a revenue stream for yourself.

TCI allows you to operate as an independent agent for TraffiCare International LLC. TraffiCare provides complete back office support as well as marketing material and online sales reporting. TCI will provide a fast and easy method for your potential clients to sign up online and show you as, our affiliate, the commission earned.
