How It Works

• When a TCI member receives a hazardous citation, a traffic ticket,
• The member has several options;

	o Option # 1
		• Them member simply files for compensation by submitting their ticket to TraffiCare International LLC.
		• TraffiCare pays the citation amount. It’s that easy… Every time…
	o Option # 2
		• The member calls the TCI customer service desk to inform them of the citation received.
		• TCI will ask how the member would like to process this claim;
		Pay the citation, Defensive Driving or Driving School, Deferred Adjudication Contest the citation in court
		• Depending on the option taken that process will, financially, be covered.
		• Upon payment of the citation to the municipality, TCI makes on behalf of the member, the member will also receive “Payment Verification” for that citation.
